When I started my journey with the ladies at Revised Nutrition I was at rock bottom. I was the heaviest I had ever been in my life. I had tried every fad diet out there and would see results but rebound right back to where I was. I didn’t want to diet anymore. What I needed was a lifestyle change. Since Crossfit was becoming a big part of my life I wanted someone to help me lose the excess weight without sacrificing my newfound strength. And lets be honest here…I needed something that was real life. I am a military wife with a deployed husband, a mom to 2 very active boys, and I work a full time job as a nurse.

I needed something that I could manage with my chaotic life. There are so many things I love about my nutrition plan. I never feel like I am starving myself. I learned to eat foods that would help me achieve my goals and I learned plan ahead when I know I am just going to want a burger or a beer.
